Shipping costs:

The price of shipping of the items purchased include VAT in force, packing and handling.
Shipping costs vary depending on parameters such as the destination country, weight, volume and specific characteristics of the article sent, (type of material, the same frailty etc ..).

Where to send:

We make shipments to all the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other European countries. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are sent by regular mail need some additional data such as your ID to manage the passage of your shipment through customs. For shipments to other non-EU countries, please contact us, we will inform you about shipping costs and delivery times.

The transport of your order:

According to the chosen option and provided the article is available packages are immediately sent by courier after confirmation of your payment to the address registered with your user account (make sure all data is correct and complete, to avoid errors or delays in the delivery). If you have made payment transfer we recommend we do get proof of the operation, not to delay sending your order (since transfers are not confirmed by the banks, until two / three days).
When payment is confirmed, we will ship your order and send you a mail, indicating the status of your purchase.
We remember that our courier company makes no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

We recommend that you check your products before confirming an order, since we can not group two distinct orders if conducted in a short space of time and you will pay postage for each.

Return of goods:

If the return is due to shipping errors or other reasons attributable to us, the collection / sent, will be performed at no cost to you. In other cases, the customer bears the cost of return shipping /.

Some reasons for return:

• Error in sending the order.
• The goods sent does not match the delivery note.
• defective item.
• Damage caused during transport.

Before a return, it has to communicate the request for return via mail and / or through its client area. The situation will be reviewed by the sales department. If item return is accepted, it shall submit an RMA (return material authorization), for it must enter his customer area and access your "Order History", selecting the order containing the material to be returned. Once deployed the details of the order, choose the product from the drop down there at the bottom and write a brief explanation of the reasons for returning the item and click "Send".

Our customer service department will receive your message and will contact you. Providing it if appropriate, an authorization number to be provided in the shipping label so you can make the refund. You can follow the process status in the customer area "My returns".
We recommend that items subject to return, are tightly packed to be sent and outside the packaging clearly see the authorization number assigned by the system (remember that without this number will not accept any return of products). Damage caused during transport of the return, by insufficient packaging will result in the cancellation of the exchange or credit of the product.

Products excluded from refund, exchange or subscription:

• Items ordered especially for you.
• electrical or electronic components that have been used or unsealed its original embalanje. We remind you that these components are tested at the factory and are shipped fully functional for that reason exempt from exchange, refund or credit.
• Products showing signs of misuse or not according to their characteristics by the customer.

Unfortunately, articles and / or returns that do not meet these general conditions shall not be taken into consideration.

 
Give us this transport?

A visibly damaged or opened package should always be rejected. You should immediately contact us. Once the open / damaged package you reject is received back, we will send a credit note.
No visible damage from transportation and are only noticeable after opening the box, must be reported within 24 hours following the delivery. Claims that have not been reported in this period, unfortunately not taken into consideration.
